Horvath Electric Refund Policy
Horvath Electric, Inc. refund policy states any over-payment made towards an invoice will be credited back to the customer. As the customer, you must notify HEI, Inc. of any over-payment made to an invoice. Once we receive notification, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued within 30 calendar days. If you have not received your refund within that time frame, please contact us at 330-425-1270.
